What are the best BTC loadable Virtual C. Card Websites/Providers?

Please correct me if Im in the wrong section.
I would like to know which websites are BTC depositable and provides virtual debit/credit cards to make payment online?
I mean it should allow BTC load into account then provide a VCC to make payment for online services.
