Darks are verification documents for example from homeless people or fake documents made with photoshop.
It has been discussed here a lot of times already. In the Mentor Group there are threads which are explaining it all.

You are using DARKS if one of or all of the following apply:
a) You want total privacy where your name won't appear anywhere and where you DON'T have to provide any of your personal documents.
b) If you want to setup a company without to provide documents your self.
There are fake darks which most often are photoshopped documents and used for simple verification purpose like PayPal, Stripe, 2checkout, Skrill and so forth. These can most often also be used for a simple company setup if required.
AND
There are real darks which are stolen documents i.e. passport and utility bill, you will have to be careful since sometimes you will get fake documents rather than real documents. The morality in using stole documents I will keep out of discussions. These documents are powerful, if you are using them correct you can establish a brand new identity in Cyberspace including company, bank account, payment processing for credit cards, emi accounts etc.
With real darks / stolen documents you will be able to setup a corporate structure and buy a house or other properties in the real world.
