Hi
I have small software development bussines (basically only me).
What are cheap (ideally around‌ 1k) offshore jurisdiction that met the following criteria:
- Zero income & dividend tax
- Director and shareholder can be one person
- IBC/company can buy crypto as investment
- No report or audit required
- IBC can accept crypto (USDT) as payments (or there‍ is a way to open EMI or bank acc)
- Confidentiality not required
- Jurisdiction can be in blacklists, doesnt really matter
- Preferably not in EU

Seychelles, Liberia, Marshall Islands, Cook Islands, Samoa, Nauru, Vanuatu, SVG, Nevis, Montserrat, Belize

Any info on receiving crypto payments in these jurisdictions?
AFAIK Seychelles, Marshall and Belize require substance now.
Samoa looks good btw

You do realise that the company will be tax resident in your home country?

Furthermore USDT is completely traceable and authorities are already using services of Ciphertrace and such. And‌ CRS will soon cover VASPs so your business account at a crypto exchange will get‍ reported, just like a bank/EMI account.

Finally, having a company in one of those jurisdictions will be totally useless as your invoices won't be accepted by tax authorities of high⁤ tax first world countries, which I assume is where your clients come from.

My clients are totally ok with paying crypto or fiat to offshore︀ company (and in fact they have offshore companies too).
And thats the point my company︁ should be tax resident in offshore jurisdiction, so I only pay personal income tax.

Experience.

Please go look up place of effective management, permanent establishment, CFC rules.

Regardless what offshore jurisdiction you choose, you always want to check what banking / neobanking‌ / emi banking options you have.

If you can't move money in such entity it‍ is worth nothing.

yeah I‌ notice some agents started to fool people with that sentences. You can't run a business‍ if you don't have cash i.e. USD / EUR / GBP - sooner or later you will face trouble either when you need to pay someone or that someone has⁤ to pay you.

I tell you, it sucks.

My business is only providing SW development services and clients are ok with paying in‌ crypto. And local crypto exchanges also exists. So its possible to run business in crypto,‍ at least for my case.
