i already get banned from stripe without any reason just stupid reasons like high risks etc etc
please i am looking for good payment gateway

don't provide to much information you risk that people are able to help you with some processing solution.

IPTV is anyway considered to be high risk and most payment processors are rejecting such activity.

You may find a third party processor like websitebilling or some of the more "shady" processors i.e. Quadra Pay.
