Sorry but I don't get it what is the difference between the LLC and IBC are there any legal differences? The setup fee looks to me OK!

What document requirements are there to register a company there?

A LLC is a form of company that enjoys some distinctions from “normal” companies (IBC).
At the most simple level, think of an LLC as a sleek cross between a company and a partnership, with all of the benefits of both.

Documents required:
- Passport or National ID;
- Proof of Residence.

Great thread seems finally there is someone that can help with St. Kitts I'm researching on the country and compare with Cook Islands.

Seems St. Kitts is a great alternative to some of the many other jurisdictions around! Have no experience with it maybe I will try to setup a company there just to figure out how it works and the procedures.
