What accountant can help me with high risk business?

I'm doing no ship mrr and need an accountant to help me set up offshore accounts get legal stuff setup. I currently have businesses in other peoples name so it won't show up on my taxes

Your a US resident. I don't think anyone outside of America will keenly want to‌ help you with an offshore setup for high risk business.

But maybe someone will chime‍ in.
