Do you found a shelf company for your purpose from the Seychelles or are you still looking for one? I have found an offshore company formation agent that is able to provide shelf corps from the Seychelles within 1 hour!
 
Where did this go? Did you find a Seychelles company with any Agent if so, what's the total costs and did you get all documents that were required to open a Cyprus bank account?

Company with offshore account is dangerous to buy I think if it were just the offshore corp I wouldn't have any troubles doing so. But what will you want to do if it shows that the former owner has been involved in large sums moved around and not the tax man is knicking on your does to get the history of this account? Do you think they will be believe you!
 
If you find one please let me know what you paid for it and how you made the deal with transfers of the shares and the company in your name.

I agree and I would not buy a company with bank account at leats I would not take over the account.
 
Why dont you just create a company with bank account? There is a huge risk in taking over a company.

This is the most important stuff rather than going to buy a cheap account instead of making the security the first priority. All of your money is on the line and if you make a mistake, you will lose your fortune.

They could still have connection from their previously owned company since they started it. They could link it to some dirty issues which could lead your company down the drain.
 
Why rush things? If you don't want and avoid any trouble, take things a little bit slow so that you can think of every action you can do.
