Wallet to do the transfers?

Is there a wallet where can add cards and be able to do transfers to bank accounts with IBAN?

Do you know any which allows non-EEA citizens?

Epayments and moneypolo used to be great but now they have stopped.
Advcash is the only option but it ends up charging 4% (3.5% for loading using card and 0.5% for SEPA withdrawal).

Please share some options

But each has their own accepted country lists. So check on their website or ask them directly.
