Is there a wallet where can add cards and be able to do transfers to bank accounts with IBAN?

Epayments and moneypolo used to be great but now they have stopped.
Advcash is the‌ only option but it ends up charging 4% (3.5% for loading using card and 0.5%‍ for SEPA withdrawal).
