I solved the problem by spamming the owner on Telegram, he refunded me (about 24 hours after the incident) without hesitation and now it seems to be working fine again

I had the same issue but once I got the Cow on the line he fixed it promptly. However, I have stopped using the service due to all the drama around. I also don't like the gambling function they put it. I can see why from a profit point of view but it's way to easy to accidentally gamble away your funds if you don't pay attention.
