Visa/MC Processing for RX? Experience with gr8pay?

Hey,
Does anyone have experience with gr8pay.com ? They are an advertiser here but the website seems to good to be true.
Want to avoid a scenario where payouts are due and the excuses start to come in.. had that in the past, don't want it again.

I am looking for pharmax / RX processing for ED drugs (generic viagra, cialis and so on). I have several payment processors that I am working with but their mids are mostly in asia and other jurisdiction which causes a lower approval rate.
Anyone has experience with gr8pay.com or can recommend another solution?

It's important that settlements to me can be done via btc or any other crypto currency.

Did you try them after have posted here or still not sure?

I consider using them for small amounts only just to see if they are workable or if it is a trashy service.

They're OK. None of the solutions are their own (resellers) but they have pretty good rates for being publicly available. Some of their solutions are in Asia, some are in Europe.
