Visa Direct & MasterCard Moneysend - how to use it for payouts?

I'm looking to payout funds to different countries and people and want to use Visa Direct & Mastercard MoneySend for that, but I can't understand how to sign up for that?

Does anyone has experience how to sign up and use those systems to issue payouts?

You need two things:

1. A financial services license (if you're paying out to unrelated third‌ parties) or a business model that reasonably necessitates payouts to cards.
   
2. An acquirer that has‍ both Direct and MoneySend available.
   

For finding acquirers, look at banks in and other payment⁠ service providers in your country. If you're in EU/EEA, you can work with any acquirer⁤ in the EU/EEA that has it.

alternatively if you have a Zen.com business acount you can transfe rmoney to Visa and‌ Mastercards,
but not to all jurisdictions and the % is pretty high
