ezzocard com no KYC it may ask for a e-mail . I got my card‌ within secs once the btc was confirmed. A bit pricey but the black card did‍ its job. sidenote you can't load the card they are already preloaded but I asume⁠ you can get refunds to it if nessesary read their FAQ.
