I've gone through this, fortunately the bitch and her lawyers were not too smart and the case collapsed before it ever reached trial. You can never anticipate the moves of a stupid person, so you can only protect yourself in advance. Using an alias is probably the only smart way to deal with bitches; a precaution celebrities can’t afford, and often pay the price for.
