Hi, Is the vcc reloadable? What is the max top up and use per transaction? Does it need OTP sms per transaction?

yes its live, though situation would be the 3Ds aspect of Sms verification prior to final transaction, specific platforms the VCC would work on, and max top up amount for the VCC..

OP might be looking at higher TOP up amount, or usage on a specific website.

a high number of VCCs have low limits, and highly restricted on PCI based platforms

Bought a card, received it in my email less than a day later and it works awesome (it looks like the cards are created manually instead of automatically)
