I own part of a company in Colombia. For various reasons, I currently have the company in the name of a Colombian friend. If I understand correctly, I can open a Panamanian Foundation and anonymously hold my part of the company through the Foundation. Opening the Foundation appears to be the simple part. However, the part of the process where I have no idea to move forward is the actual transfer of ownership here in Colombia. Can anyone recommend someone who can aid in that step of the process?
