Using Monero for privacy and AML problems in the future?

I bought my coins on Binance with KYC and I have a strong urge to use Monero in order to achieve high privacy. I value my financial privacy but I also read that people have problems later with AML procedures in the future.

Is there a solution where one can use Monero to achieve high privacy and still solve the AML issues in the future?

What is the problem if you buy on Binance you have a record, that's enough to proof your SoF or not ?
