Using fully verified PayPal through 3rd country for eBay

This is not a new issue with PayPal. Sometimes, its just better to avoid them at all cost. But we have no choice in ebay since they hold control of PayPal. Recently, one of my friends tried PayPal and we discovered that they are now requiring its newly registered users with an ID. Because of that my friend wasn't able to use PayPal at all. They are so strict with everything..

OP how did you sort this out, just with these special DD documents or you bought a verified PP account and use it?
 
Wonder how you did OP? I have tried with some of the docs Admin provided and it works fine to open an PayPal account no problem.
 
I'm from a third country asia and I've been using Paypal for the past 5 years now. I've never had any problems with it regarding buying/selling in ebay. As long as you do good, Paypal will never touch your account. Fully verified from the first week after creating the account seems to be worth it.

Got similar documents from Admin, used a VCC service I found to verify the Paypal account. I have connected my Latvia bank account too it works 😀
 
I think its still works. My Paypal is still absolutely flawless from any suspicious activities and it has never been limited or any form of restriction from PayPal. You just need to always abide their policies if you don't want to get into trouble with PayPal.
