USA Loan to offshore bank account?

Hi,

I wonder if there is any such thing as applying for personal loan as USA citizen with USA residence (address) but getting the funds, either via international deposit or international wire, to offshore bank account? With or without intermediate location.

First the loan money will be transferred into your personal bank account in the US and then you can transfer it out. No bank will send directly to an offshore bank account, especially when you are applying for the loan online.

Over the phone and not online. Do you know any company who could get this loan money (if approved) delivered and send it internationally? This company would act as intermediate location or even some kind of a money ''broker'', obviously for a fee.
