US tax with foreign company using US servers conducting business

Hello,

I read somewhere online, if a company has an office or maybe even a web server in the US, and business conducted with it, its related to US tax system.

So if a BVI company, selling VPN to users worldwide. But there are some users are american, and the company used many US servers work as VPN nodes.
Does it means the BVI company is also involved into US tax?(For the american users i mean)

Having US server doesn't mean you have to pay US taxes.
