3S Money is the only EMI beside of Wise touching non Resident US LLC's with EIN only and issuing EUR IBAN.

Decent volume required usually 1m+ yearly turnover that they are willing to look into your case.

I asked them for updates last week and this is how they replied:

We fully acknowledge this update may be frustrating and apologize for any inconvenience it causes. To give you a bit more context, our partner bank is requiring extra diligence on applications from international founders in the shifting global conditions. This has caused a slowdown in approval timelines. We do believe we will be able to complete your application review in the coming weeks and will continue focusing our efforts to move things forward, but we wanted to provide an update on timeline to stay as transparent as possible.

Which would be LHV, which is a rubbish bank for this purpose (in fact EMIs are moving elsewhere)

What's the expected usage for your approved accounts in Novel and Mercury? are they for sending/receiving payments for clients/employees in crypto or do you use them to send fiat to exchanges for regular trading?

So guys, do we have any concrete evidence that these neo banks are collaborating with EU tax authorities or not?
Collaborating: giving them information about the real person behind a business bank account and the income within?

I'm in the process of 'distancing myself' from my local tax authority and corrupt government.
