Thanks. Will do.

Also seems Startfleet offers this, in their annual package from what I've just noticed. But this seems to be a better option

If anyone can recommend a website for filing Form 5472/Pro Forma 1120 filing please let me know. Think it'd be useful for users reading this as well. Been Googling for like an hour but nothing useful shows up. Fiverr has a lot of options but honestly don't know if that's a good idea, seems a bit sketchy to me
I actually worked on one myself, lol. Will see if I have time to get it online this week. It's not amazing and focused on non US residents LLCs', but I'll need to fix the checkbox logic in Python (now it just uses a template with the correct boxes checked but this limits the use cases etc.). Also will have to rewrite it from a simple Python + streamlit thing to an app but with v0 and all that shouldn't take long.

But how would you expect it to behave? The reason I made my software thingy is because it lets me fully manage the entities, ie all data is in the database. This then makes it easy to fill the forms (select client --> entity --> fill PDF), but I am guessing you just want an app to make the process easier and would just type everything into textfields?

It's coming together nicely I must say 😀 hopefully I can get the Form 5472 working tomorrow etc. else I am guessing it won't be online until next weekend (quite a busy week ahead), seems quite useful personally as well (and a nice thing to add to my portfolio on this forum so to say)

Looks great. I think you could make a nice sum of money from this if you market this

It is online now, let me know what you think (and what I need to adjust it is still in beta). Everything is E2EE but given that it is my first project using this (and some of it was initially 'vibecoded' with codex for speed) I made it in a way that the amount of personal details is minimal.

How it works:
- Create an account with your key (you can also add a passphrase yourself) + password
- Add an LLC in your dashboard

- Go to manage and fill in all 4 tabs (should take roughly 5 minutes), I have added as much 'sensible' logic so you dont have to fill in the same data 4 times (but you still can of course by checking the boxes)

- Go to accounting and fill in your reportable transactions

- Go to filings and generate the reports. Don't forget to date + sign where needed and discuss with someone who knows more than me. This is just how I would file for a non resident disregarded entity that has no tax liabilities in the USA, but cases differ. And do let me know if I made any mistakes / where to improve.

Hello all,

After spending quite some time on the updated version of USLLCForms (still thinking of a better name to use), I would like to ask you all whether anyone would be willing to beta test it, I will then DM you a voucher to use for your account, and you can let me know what you think and what to improve/fix. After beta testing I am thinking of opening the product and creating a paid/advertising thread (let me know if this is also needed for a request such as this).

Some major updates as of last time:
- Better form generation (SS4 for an EIN, 5472 and pro forma 1120, and 7004 for extensions where needed). This included the tab where data is asked from the user, the amount of data collected is minimal via the usage of 'smart' linkages between forms (much is autofilled and only needs to be checked)
- Accounting now also saves the total assets snapshot for the 5472 and automatically fills it in for the EOY date, same for the combined distributions/contributions as the reportable amount.
- Reminders for all 50 states, see when you need to submit your annual report (where needed), and keep your LLC compliant with a simple overview. Reminders autosnooze if not applicable (you can set this in the settings)
- You can generate a key that allows others (partial) access to e.g. one or two of the LLCs in your account, where they can view/edit the transaction/asset details, or view/edit the settings of that company.
- And some minor edits/features such as functional crypto payments via trocador (any thinkable crypto accepted), audit trails of edits, internal support system, etc.

All in all, this makes all of an international founders' annual LLC compliance doable in literal minutes per year (if you keep track of contributions/distributions). Please let me know if you are willing to try it out (if it is of use for you of course) and what you think. I have done some competitor scanning and most seem to be fully vibecoded half-assed projects such as form5472 . us, but also let me know if I am not seeing some major competitors who have a similar system. The site is still available at the same domain as before.

I'm managing around 40 LLCs for clients, so I can test out the platform if you want / I don't really need to replace our current approach of just manually filling things in, but it might end up being quicker and more practical to use the dashboard over Excel + PDFs.

. Does anyone know if EMIs like Revolut/Wise are ok with a registered agent's address for US LLC? It's basically just for spending on ads so I can't be bothered to fly to the US
Wise demanded real office address and a copy of the signed lease agreement. (virtual office was OK), and in the 2 years I manage that particular account they had followed up once asking for a copy of the new lease. So far so good, though. Do not use Revolut, though.

I've been exploring it and it looks great!
I suggest you add a few additional explanations to the various fields. For example, a popup that describes what is a reportable transaction, what is form 5472 etc.

Next step would be to partner with an accountant/tax advisor and add a button "submit to accountant x"

Also you could split the forms in 2 sections: recurring filings (those you have to file every year) and one time filings (such as the SS4).

Thanks a lot all for the initial feedback!

@JohnmyDoe regarding the points you mentioned: I think it's a great idea. I definitely will add some more explainers (info icons/popup after generation to ensure the user checks, dates and signs before submitting where needed), and the form division as you mentioned (makes sense to eg have the SS4 form under a tab that collapses by default if an EIN is on file for that entity).

Regarding the CPA linkage, do you mean me partnering with a firm or providing users to eg auto forward forms/details so they can manage it themselves?

And great point on contacting Mercury, will reach out and see what they think.

You could license the platform to a firm or more firms and let them fine tune it, or have an introducing agreement so that the firm pays you a fee for every user that submits the forms to them.

Imagine being able to select the transactions on Mercury, click “export” and voila, the form is ready for submission 😀
