hi

my customers to certain degree use white-label of some video chat in europe . good news the webmaster end exempt my sales from vat because i'm not EU based . furthermore it isn't necessary for me to form an entity but it's good effort to avoid leaking my name to webmasters .

i have international customers but generally from US . will i be obliged to pay taxes to USA if i create Delaware llc ?

what the quickest and low cost solution for this ?

can someone give insight about the US LLC with non-resident owner tax system? maybe @Sols know how to answer this?

"As a non-US resident, your Delaware LLC will only be taxed in the US on income from US sources, meaning that income from other countries will not be taxed by the US. If you choose to form an LLC, "

How Source Income Is Determined

1.business income on personal services: Where services are performed?
2.Business income on sale of inventory purchased:Where goods are sold ?
3.Business income on sale of inventory produced:Where produced?

E, hi. If you open a US LLC, profits are taxable when income comes from US clients. Only income earned outside of the US for an LLC with a foreign member is not taxable.

If there is a corporation in the US or LLC with two partners that owns the website, all sales are taxable in US. If the company holding the website is a LLC with a foreign single member, sales outside of the US are not taxable.

i have managed to form US LLC in other state . it was breeze now i'm looking to open business bank account locally .

Hello
Service: Your Delaware LLC will not pay any taxes if you are performing services Outside the US, it doesn't matter where your clients are from
P.S: you could pay taxes in case you have ETBUS(if you have employees, Dependent Regent..)
Product: you could pay sales tax if bypass the sales threshold's state
Most of the time you won't pay any taxes if you don't have ETBUS whether you have US clients or Non-us clients.
Note: for decedents-royalties.. that's another case

thanks i went with another state that has low to zero tax . yes you got it right my business is outside usa providing virtual services to us and non us customers. i believe i have no tax liability.
i don't have us employees etc .

Sorry to bump this thread but I just need to chime in, even if you have US customers and you are providing services outside US, you definitely do not pay federal income taxes if you do not hire any dependent agents or employees to further your sales activities in the US
