On top of that, if you used this method, you need to make sure that the Responsible Party be changed back to you once the EIN is secured, by filing any form and mail it physically.

Incorrect, Wise allows you to create a company-only bank account without EIN. You input a dummy one that they themselves provide in their help pages. The only thing, you can't have a bank card tied to that account until you get an EIN. But you can receive and make payments.
I have setup one in both jurisdictions. It's cheap and if you are doing a lot of business you can use all enties you can get banking for I believe.
Mercury bank has been my first choice, working with some others to get an account.
