US LLC in terms and condition, Cyprus LTD for payment

Hi guys,
I'm wondering if it is possible to use a US LLC ONLY for the terms and conditions, privacy policy etc... for a website (for example use the US DMCA etc.) therefore subject to US law, but for payments use an LTD Cypriot (Stripe for Example)

Is this possible? Can I be protected by American law regarding the DMCA for example and pay taxes in Cyprus?

Yes, its possible. Just state in the terms that the Website is operated by the‌ US LLC and the payments is handled by the Cyprus LTD.

Do you think this would be a good idea for a forum/social network website?⁠ American copyright/privacy laws are much more lax than EU.
