US LLC ,DE TAX QUESTION

i have a question about taxs in usa
im non us citizen living out usa right now
last year 11-2018 received LLC papers with the EIN
for some reasons i was unable to visit usa to get business account for this LLC (all the banks ask for face 2 face in branches )
right now i have the LLC which just on papers & the EIN (de # fax n mail forward too )
my question is
am i at risk ? cuz i cant get business account n now $$ in or out ...
do i have to pay anything beside the franchise tax (300$) every year ? or fill some forms ?

sir its maybe basic from ur view !!! the registered agent has nothing to do with me about taxs question
so i have asked this question to those who maybe can help n have the answer !

If you didn't conduct any business at all then you don't have to file anything. You might still have to file form 5472 if you paid the franchise tax with your personal funds, or had any other transfer of assets between you and the company.

yes sir ...cuz i failded to open us business account ! i did not conduct any business until today ...but i will try to pay the franchise tax online maybe this month
