Hi I wanted some clarification on this setup?

A UK citizen doesn't spend more than 16 days in UK per year (hence automatic non tax resident), and is a perpetual traveller using an EU passport (acquired through ancestry and never lived there) and working online.

If working through a US LLC, is it possible to put UK as residence and hence avoid paying tax on earnings? As US LLC will not tax, and UK's treated of US LLC shouldn't matter as a non tax resident?

Any advice or insights is appreciated

Thank you!

I understand that is is recommended to acquire a new low tax residency instead. But‌ would this be an obligation for this situation?

It would‍ be better. But in case you are sure UK does not have any intention to tax you, you can do this. As a general rule, I would avoid using any⁤ address where you previously lived and paid taxes. See @Martin Everson's post
