US Based Companies

Hi guys,

Thank you all for all the information posted here, there are some excellent resources. I have a couple of questions about US based companies, firstly I am looking at 2 options, incorporating in Delaware, or purchasing a shelf company. I wish to remain completely anonymous within this company structure and be able to obtain banking through a reputable establishment. I wish for this company to engage in either a Logistics or Freight Forwarding business activity. Does anyone have any advice as to which might be the best method to get what I need? Can I for example get away with using Stolen I.D for the setup of the banking etc?

1. There is nothing like anonymity of US companies, anymore. From a last year, each US Corporation and LLC has to file a forms reporting who is owner and who received taxable income.

2. Open a US bank account for US company is possible, when you are willing to travel to the USA. Every bank will ask to show a passport with a valid entry stamp. I do not know, how you want to enter USA on a stolen ID. Hahahaha. Just forget about it.

Why do you need to be anonymous, when there are a legal structures, where you can pay none or almost none taxes and have none anonymity?
