E-Residency Ukraine

‍ What will e-residents receive?
Foreign IT specialists will receive the opportunity:
✅ to become a private entrepreneur and run business in Ukraine remotely
✅ to benefit from a low‌ tax rate of only 5% on income
✅ to use automated services for business management, like‍ filing tax returns and paying taxes
✅ to open a bank account remotely and use online banking
After obtaining the status with a digital signature and a taxpayer number, a foreigner⁤ can register as a private entrepreneur and run a business in Ukraine remotely. PE e-residents⁣ will also be able to use support services in English.

Nice share, wonder who can help with such a setup or if this is something‌ we can do at our own.

I would not recommend anyone to open a business in Ukraine. Of course, this is‌ not El Salvador, but there are other problems. There is no stability. Tomorrow activists will‍ decide that the current government is bad and will make a new revolution with the help of the United States. The laws do not work in Ukraine at all!

Why this people always so negative? ukraina has banks like credit agricole , bnp paris,‌ raiffasen , is very safe banks where put your funds , and still not crs.‍
Much better than other place
Anyaway give us an alternative thanks, is too easy say this v bad , country will collapse, country corrup etch.
By the tha way us⁤ europe , are more corrupt

some people don't have⁣ a clue about the country only comment because they read the news (the special one).⁢ I don't know if this program is good or not, but 5% tax, not CRS,︀ and remote banking open can be an alternative to a lot of people. The new︁ regulations and new world system will change the tax system forever.. dreaming of 0% tax︂ will not exist anymore in the future... and Ukraine it s a new development country...︃ it's not easy it will take years to achieve this, but they start a race︄ with many obstacles...but they go only forwards ... and for ''Dreamy'' thinking the USA will︅ intervein in Ukraine... it's like your user name just dreaming...learn the history of the region︆ before comment nonsense ...

It’s a complete disaster in terms of economy, lost gas pipeline⁣ royalties they only can survive with USAID monies and very shady biz; combination of almost⁢ no taxes, easy residency and no crs = soon on blacklist (unless creepy Joe doesn’t︀ decide otherwise to save Hunter’s business).

Great share, thanks for the info, I've dealt with Tech talents and IT specialists in︁ Ukraine and Romania in the past, and they're damn impressive, their work is something you︂ can expect from someone who works in silicon valley, Also, they speak pretty good English︃ (specially Romania, sometimes I felt like I was speaking with native speakers there lol) and︄ much more cheaper than their western counterparts.

But sometimes you have to go through an︅ outsourcing agency to hire a team that's dedicated to your business full time and that's︆ more expensive and just adds unnecessary middleman, Now we can cut that crap and go︇ to Ukraine and pick and hire the specific talent there directly, the cost of hiring︈ there costs around 1000-3000 usd for a software engineer, and yeah, it's more expensive than︉ India for example, but the quality and the organization is much much better.

seems like︊ I need to investigate this matter into greater detail, anyway, this is really a great︋ share @smartchoice, I enjoyed reading it thu&¤#

One one hand, As someone that previously dealt with Ukrainian “government” and banks, I wouldn’t‌ even invest 1 cent into this utterly corrupt shi@thole. This place is a De-facto US&UK’s‍ vassal. For the past 7 years Ukraine’s only purpose was to be pain in the butt for Russia and be a source of migrant workers for EU mainly Poland, But⁤ on the other hand Ukraine has very talented and affordable specialists specifically in the IT⁣ and tech sector, so outsourcing could be a good idea.

The blacklist thing seems a bit of stretch,⁤ doesn't it?. Ukraine is the west answer to Russia, blacklisting them or sanctioning them makes⁣ 0 sense, as this will isolate Ukraine and will make it an easier target for⁢ Russia.

in fact, I expect the west to hand them more money in the coming︀ months, more than the 3+ billion dollar that they already gave them, and more importantly,︁ I expect NATO to hand Ukraine some of their weaponry during their breeze naval "Exercises"︂ in the black sea to strengthen Ukraine's military power.

I read on my offshore tax slack channel that the Ukraine setup is pretty good,‌ especially with the newly proposed e-residency scheme. Basically, you have a US LLC / UK‍ LLP that is the front of your business. You register in Ukraine as a Private entrepreneur which pays a 5% flat tax. You bill your LLC/LLP as the private entrepreneur.⁤ You will be tax resident in Ukraine and have tax certificate without the need to⁣ be there. Apparently, the LLC/LLP or any offshore company are exempt from CFC rules if⁢ your turnover is less than 2 million euros.

I didn’t‌ lnow that offshorecorptalk has a slack channel!

As I said, Ukraine belongs to US in︀ the same form US belongs to Israel, so the fate of that country is 100%︁ in the hands of creepy Joe, beside recent landlord reforms could start problema there. But,︂ monies are monies, I don’t know how much more both US and EUSSR are willing︃ to put into Ukrainian economy just to keep it alive and bother the Russians.
