UK Onshore personal bank account holding overseas company funds [non resident] law/legal?

It's legal but it's always a good rule of thumb to separate company financials from‌ personal. I've seen it go wrong many, many times.

Great, so a account for a overseas company, whereby funds personally parked in a UK personal‍ account (as a non resident) and solely used for the commercial uses is legal.

Good, always thought it was.

I know UK LTD's are meant to have a UK Commercial Bank account (but not law, frowned upon if not done) wasn't sure on the other⁤ aspect though.
