UK Ltd or Estonian Ltd?

Non UK, non EU resident, and non citzen. Which, on average, will be better for a one-man show: UK Ltd or Estonian Ltd? Provided that one has already obtain e-residency certificate from Estonia.

If you want to operate with SEPA countries - Estonia, if you intent to deal‌ with the rest of world - maybe better UK

How would a UK Ltd prevent me from operating with SEPA countries?

Only in terms of banking
There are still EMIs that are okay with‌ UK and open SEPA accounts for such companies without hesitation
However, from my experience, these‍ days there is a growing trend for more deep due diligence for the UK since⁠ Brexit
Just my experience, nothing else

Since I'm not a resident in⁤ either country, in both cases my only option would be some EMI anyway.

Why do you think I'm limited to them? I'm comparing the two because in my‌ option they're closely related.
