Hi all. I would like to form an UK based Ltd company and stumbled across this site: Company Formation from £9.99 | The Formations Company
Are they legit? Do you have any experience with them?
Also, which fiduciary would you recommend if not them?
I'm not looking to move huge cash, the company itself is in early phase and it's focused on IT.

You don’t need to use any fiduciaries for UK formation, you can file the formation‌ papers yourself directly on companies house website.

Not having a UK address is not a problem until you want a bank account.‌ Transferwise and Revolut will open you an account.

A director‍ must provide 2 addresses:

• a correspondence address for the public register - known as a⁠ ‘service address’
  
• their home address - known as the ‘usual residential address’

How difficult is open a bank account in the UK for a new uk‌ company nowadays? Is there an way to open it remotely?
Transferwise and revolut is a‍ real option here? I mean those are let me open without having a "real" uk⁠ bank account?

EMI's like Transferwise and Revolut are the one to use today for fast and easy opening.‍ If you rent a office and get some staff in the UK you can go⁠ and open bank accounts in Cyprus. Requires legit business.

I thought that for Revolut you have to be an EU resident in order to⁤ open a business account or any account at all?
