UK Company Formation, find the Agent that really can help you for your UK company formation.


We have many forum users that are looking for the registration of a cheap company in the UK. They are not really considered to be offshore companies even they are offering much of what an offshore company does for foreigners.


At the below link you can find a list of Agents in the UK that are actually able to help you to register your company in the UK and open real bank accounts too.


If such entities can be used for PayPal or 2co.com I don't know, but from reading this forum I believe it to be possible at some point.

Curious why would you want to incorporate a UK company? What business and what purpose would make this a good idea?

There are several reasons fro why people choose to form a UK company one of them are that it's easier to do business in Europe if your are not located in Europe and for banking and payment processing it makes it a lot easier when you have a UK / European company. Some may say one could incorporate their offshore company in the BVI, Gibraltar or Cyprus that's Europe too, however, there may be other reasons why UK can be a good choice.
