UK Business Offshore Presence...Advice/Ideas kindly sought

First thread! Have been lurking around reading threads. A very rich resource! Too rich that one can get lost

The question I have in mind is, I am currently in the process of planning a business venture that encompasses providing intermediary and introduction services inward and outward the UK. This will involve introducing UK businesses to foreign and vice versa. For business and personal reasons, it would work far better for me if my name does not appear on the companies house as a PSC or shareholder....bearing in mind the activity of the company will encompass nothing more than introduction services and the like.

What would be the best structure and other jurisdiction to use. Are there any UK and foreign agents with great experience and feedback....h

So basically you are leveraging on previous experience or you have some insider or info.

You simply require a nominee company but set it up with the offshore company first. So that the UK company is a branch and payment would be justified offshore first.

Thank you! Indeed re nominee. There wont be issues re insider info or anything regulatory related, rather employer/competitor issues.
