Well, I guess that – maybe – it is somehow related to the‌ special status of the Isle of Man and the fact, that if bank accepts EU‍ residents, it is obliged to fulfill some conditions (reporting etc.) that are welcomed to avoid...⁠ But it is just my speculation; and brexit might have complicated the issue even more.⁤ If someone knows what's really behind, I wonder...
