If one considers that e.g. Germany wants to increase the retirement age to 70 years,‌ a death with young 73 is already violent.

Note 1: A life extension can not‍ be bought with money. Only the current life circumstances can be improved to reach a⁠ high age.

Absolutely nothing. Muhammed was‍ the defacto ruler for a long time, just like how MBS is the defacto ruler⁠ in Saudi arabia. The Federal Supreme Council will appoint muhammed bin zayed as the new⁤ ruler and that's it.
