anyone knows of a service provider for nominee”˜s and shareholder”˜s in Uae? Obviously they need to have residency in UAE as well.

Nominee services in UAE you can find from big international service providers like Vistra and‌ TMF Group, but also some smaller local operations can help in this regard.
Which one‍ is more suitable for you depends on the size of your business and its activities.⁠

That being said, most corporate services providers deal with just company formation, renewals, bank accounts,⁤ and don't provide nominee services.

Would be interesting to know if EmiratesSetup is any different⁣ and provides directorship services, as I recall even DLS Dubai didn't.
