[UAE] Is this business prohibited?

Hi guys,
Imagine you provide astrology (psychic) services like tarot readings, clairvoyance etc. to consumers‌ around the world(fully digital, like coaches etc), except UAE clients, with your UAE freezone company.‍

I’m wondering if this is considered legal by the UAE authorities? AFAIK selling astrology services⁠ is against Sharia law but it’s not listed in the prohibited business list (maybe to⁤ much of a niche?).

If you google something like “Astrology Dubai” you even find Astrology⁣ studios in Dubai you can visit and pay for consultations.

I just want to make⁢ sure they don’t randomly close the company or freeze funds if someone had a bad︀ day or whatever.

What would the UAE experts say? How to deal with this?

Thanks for your response, makes sense. The problem is that the business model is‍ more or less a platform model, meaning psychic consultants will register and work independently, will⁠ publish profile descriptions of themselves that’ll include clear mentions of psychic services etc.

Would you⁤ say it would be necessary to make sure nothing of the tarot, clairvoyance stuff is⁣ mentioned on the website or how strict will they see this/ how high risk is⁢ it?

The bank acts as only regulator here so you need⁣ to have someone who knows what he does.

It's officially a‌ jail, fine, deportation crime in Dubai - look it up - surprised me too!
