UAE Fzco Maintenance from now on ?

Hello guys,

1) what to expect when working with an Fzco (IFZA) in 2024 and onwards?
Of course corporate tax registration and vat registration.

2) But what about audited financial statement - when is this required? At renewal or only at closure of the business? I read that it was only for closure required.

3) What other things to consider? Something like other reports/regular vat returns or something else?

Are the easy days of working with a Fzco over?

I had talked to someone about this because I am going to go ahead with UAE Company soon. From what I understand, regarding audited statement - it depends on FZ. Some require it and some don't.

I cannot tell about others but it seems you will have to file annual returns (and 0 VAT returns).
