That's misleading information actually - you still need to have the‍ Residence Visa stamped otherwise you get into trouble because they need very long for the⁠ Emirates ID currently.

So the guys who think they are "smarter" then everyone else are⁤ stuck at Airport and they get forced to get it stamped to the passport.

Further... not ANY Bank did adopt this new Rule and every Bank wants to see the⁣ Visa IN the Passport stamped.

The change applies to six out of the seven Emirates? I wonder how this‍ difference came about.

Volume - the volume with small emirates compared‍ to Dubai is close to nothing and again now having fun with getting anything rolling⁠ for an Ajman or Fujairah Company when you have to pressure them to stamp the⁤ Visa to be able to open a Business Bank Account.

Starting tomorrow they are absolutely gone while earlier it was optional - we hope that the‌ banks adopt it starting tomorrow as well to not have a backlog - everything comes‍ down to the banking.

We even got the confirmation that existing stickers can be removed⁠ without issues which of course drives up the privacy aspect a lot.
