UAE Emaratax - Corporate Tax Return

Hi,
Maybe someone can help me with this:
How can we start the filing for a new tax return in Emaratax?
We are registered with CT and already received text messages to file the tax return until Sept. 30th, but I just don't find this button "new tax return" in Emaratax.
Under "Corporate Tax" - "Corporate Tax Filing" there is "0 not filed".

Check insta. You will find lots of⁣ accountants who can file for you for cheap if you can't do it for yourself.⁢

Thank you for your replies.

My question was only which button to press in Emaratax‌ to open a tax filing. Meanwhile I found out you can't. Someone at FTA has‍ to open the filing for you and then you can select it in Emaratax to⁠ fill out.

Interesting that with all this digitalization and automation in Dubai there is still⁤ someone in the back office necessary who has to press the button, resulting in discrepancies.⁣

No you can do it yourself. If you don't want⁢ to do this yourself I suggest to look for cheaper filing accountants on Instagram. They︀ offer from 249 AED onwards. I have seen those ads. It all depends on complexity︁ of your business .

As I understand it, there’s a technical⁣ issue on the tax authority’s portal. For some companies, the window with the tax return⁢ form doesn’t appear, even though it was supposed to be activated on January 1st.

The issue is resolved by submitting a request to their technical support through the portal. They︀ will ask for a detailed description and a full screenshot of the entire screen (not︁ just the browser), which must include the clock (they want to see the time and︂ date this way).
