UAE Deadline to register for CT

Many of you know that we need to register our companies for CT in the UAE, even offshore companies.

Does anyone know the deadline for that, and has anyone already completed the procedure?

Even offshore companies if you are dubai⁠ resident?

The deadline to register for corporate tax is 21 months from the start of your‌ financial year, which usually equals to September 2025.

If your offshore company is managed from‍ UAE, you have to register.

Basically two dates 28-Feb-2025 and 30-Sep-2025 but‌ don't wait for the last day!
Find accountant, get accounting and audits ready and they'll‍ handle the registration and everything for you.

Do you have⁠ a decree/source mentioning that audit is also mandatory, for a freezone company (consulting) and for⁤ a natural person (e.g. trading own funds/personal savings as main activity)?
