Hi,

Let's say you have UAE FZE company with visa and residence setup.

Usually you go there every 6months, but now it's covid. I read that they stop extending visa after March 31.

But traveling is hard due to covid, so I might lose my visa?

Will I be able to operate my company until I go back? Or what possible consequences there could be?

I will probably need new visa? Or is there still some kind of exception as there is still covid and lock downs around the world.

Thanks.

From my personal experience I can say that some clients were outside the country for 9 month+ and they didn't had any issues. However if your Visa expires during the stay outside you have to get a new visa anyway.

Yes, until now I think it was okay because they had this "visa amnesty", isn't it? But now I read that you should return before 31st March.

Wonder how it's affects other things, but hopefully you are right and there wont be issues as its pandemic anyway.

It's not hard to travel to UAE because of covid, just a PCR test and done.
