I would like to know what is the present situation with UAE banks. Do they still open bank account for new RAK Offshore company?

Bank Clearly‌ (CLEARLY | Isn't it time to #ThinkCLEARLY? ), based in UAE, isn’t launched yet‍ but looks to be the Middle East’s first digital bank. Founded by people with backgrounds⁠ at ADCB (Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank), Barclays, and Julius Bär.

Promises easy account opening and⁤ a Visa card. Unclear what platform they are going to be using. Probably going to⁣ end up being limited to UAE at first and then gradually rolled out across Middle⁢ East and Asia. New digital bank coming to Middle East, Bank Clearly » Banking Technology︀

I heard about that too. I think they will initially limit customer base‌ to UAE residents and companies. So most likely not an option for UAE offshore companies‍ (like RAK)

Did you ever figured out which bank to use in the UAE or did you‌ find someone to help you?

ENBD is best. Rest none of the banks are interested in giving back account to‌ individuals who have FZ visa with flexi desk, unless you can maintain good balance in‍ Bank account. They don't even want to give personal back account, business bank account is⁠ impossible
