Trustee needed for a Manager managed US LLC

If the trustee/nominee has already an ITIN it would be preferred.

Budget: 500€

My residency: Cyprus
Citizenship: German

The LLC is incorporated in Florida

I dont want to open a trust.

I just want for my US LLC a manager.

I just want to operate with more anonymity with my US LLC.

Maybe i said wrong that i need a trustee and i need a nominee?

Yes you need a nominee director

Yes, nominee is here the key. With 500 EUR you won't come far. An LLC is a pass-through tax entity so your nominee may get some visit from the IRS.

Please revise your plan and at least your budget for your endeavour.

He will not if its non US resident

The nominee would also not be a member. Just the manager (manager managed LLC in this case vs. member managed which is often used for simple cases)
