I recently joined the forum because I am curious about designing an IBC to serve as the trustee for a trust. Now I read somewhere that only a Seychelles licensed trustee and his company can be used as a trustee. That then begs the questions: How many companies can such a person own? Can any such company be co-owned with the fellow and a settler? Can a sub-IBC of that company be created solely to manage specific trust? Can the settler and beneficiaries be Board Members of the sub-IBC or co-owned IBC together with the licensed trustee?
