Just considering to set up a trust for the last will.
Given that i hopefully (touch wood) still have a few years on the planet.

What can be the options?
Could i set up a trust now in form of an offshore company and it could be set into a dormant status til it will be activated through my last will and all assets will go into it by then?

Or could i design the last will like that, that the trust will be set up by the then and all assets go in.
This could save a bit of fees and am able to review the jursidictions for trusts over the years.

That should be possible as far as I know. There may be costs to keep the company even in dormant status.

You will need a REAL lawyer to help you form the lats will in order for this to work.

If you plan to setup a Trust for this purpose then money should be the last thing you need or want to save now.
