Troubles with the tax office because of your offshore company, any?

With so much talk about offshore companies, tax and to avoid tax I was wondering if anyone got troubles so far with their offshore company setup or even just because the tax office believe you to have a offshore company?


Would be nice to hear from anyone who may have faced troubles in that way?

We have had 2 clients who are still dealing with the local tax office in regards to their business setup!! We advised them to consult a local tax lawyer which they did and they are taking care of it.

Yes, please let us know what the outcome is. It seems the different countries in Europe and the USA are getting more agressive in regards to TAX's 🙂
