Transferwise set-up without video call? Which country?

So I've tried searching as I was sure I saw this mentioned before... But which countries do TW tend to NOT ask for video call confirmation with, when setting up an account?

This is so Darks can be used (selfie with Dark is fine).

They seem to be doing video ID more and more, including for accounts that were set up without video ID initially. I've seen this happen for relatively low-risk personal accounts even. So even if you set one up without video, it seems they have a procedure to do spot checks and risk-based checks.
