Sorry to hear for your troubles, but if it took you 3 months to open a Bank Account, than of course your biz is a little on the suspicious side.

TW is very good if you are clean and upfront with business transactions, notifications etc.

Its very easy to deal with this stuff. You need a professionaly drafted legal claim that you will sue them.
